Criteria for the assignment

Applicants must be in training in a recognized laboratory or institution and must present a letter of reccomendation signed by their scientific supervisors with the registration form properly filled in.
A short curriculum vitae
Applicants must be under 35 years of age at the day of commencement of the course.
Not more than one fellowship per lab or institution will be assigned.
Once the above conditions are met, 10 fellowships will be assigned taking into account the scientific track-records of each candidate and following the principle of a balanced distribution among countries. We will communicate you if your application has been accepted by April 30, 2006.
